A pair of city bus drivers were arrested Friday when they allegedly started brawling in the middle of the street after one cut off the other in Midtown.
Police say drivers Leonardo Pacheco, 31, and Giuseppe Marinaro, 53, were arrested following the incident on 34th Street and Fifth Avenue on Friday. Both drivers were shepherding MTA express buses from Manhattan to Queens when Marinaro allegedly cut off Pacheco around 6:15 p.m.
The Post writes, "Sources said Marinaro slammed on the brakes, hopped out of his bus, and started yelling at Pacheco, who left his bus and allegedly booted Marinaro in the head as their bemused passengers looked on."
The two tussled in the street until police came. Pacheco was charged with assault and harassment; Marinaro was charged with obstructing governmental authority and harassment.
