A man who pushed a fellow subway rider in front of the Q train, killing him, has been found not guilty on all charges, the Manhattan District Attorney said on Monday.

He claimed he didn't do anything the day of the fatal shoving.

Kevin Darden is being held without bail.

A man who was allegedly violently shoved by Darden at the West 4th Street subway station recognized him as his attacker.

The train operator said that the victim's body actually hit the windshield.

The police released video of a person of interest.

"The motorman and the Transit Authority need to be held accountable for a man who was crushed to death...If everybody was doing their job and paying attention, this man would still be alive."

"Yes, for the sake of argument, I could have walked away...But it was just bad timing. He came at the wrong time."

The MTA is reportedly seriously exploring the possibility of installing the sliding doors at L Train stations.
