Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and Assemblymember Ron Kim both have the virus, the lawmakers said Tuesday.

The revision of the report occurred around the time the governor announced he was going to write a book about his handling of the pandemic.

The woman told the New York Times, "I understood that the governor wanted to sleep with me, and felt horribly uncomfortable and scared."

In a sign of his newly minted national profile, Kim said that former members of Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign recently reached out to him and are now advising him on media strategy.

This comes as the governor has lashed out at critics who question how the Cuomo administration dealt with nursing homes during the pandemic.
