Prime Burger, the 74-year-old Midtown burger joint at 5 East 51st Street, will shutter on Saturday, May 26th.

With all the hype Shake Shack and its ilk get one can easily forget there are many, many other burger joints in town. Some of which have been at it for a long, long time.
