An Uber driver is suing the NYPD detective who was captured on video berating and harassing him for having the gall to point out the officer wasn't using his signals while attempting to park.

But the detectives' union says Leave Cherry Alone.

But a police union spokesman says they're just isolated incidents.

"No good cop can watch that without a wince. All good cops know that the officer just made their jobs a little bit harder."

But he was just visiting someone in the hospital, so the police union says it's all good.
