The Internal Affairs Bureau will discipline three officers for their role in the arrest of a City Councilmember and another city official as they were leaving the West Indian Day Parade in September.

Asked yesterday about the recent arrest of a City Councilman and a top aide to NYC's Public Advocate, Mayor Bloomberg urged the two sides to work it out over a beer.
