Many-a-strange-thing have been discovered in the waters off New York City, but perhaps the oddest of them all was a giraffe.

Awwwwdorable.

The adorable baby Baringo giraffe at the Bronx Zoo was enjoying the fine weather this past weekend. Watch her walking around the African Plains exhibit—and, at 42 seconds in, discover a butterfly!

The female calf was about 6 feet tall and over 100 pounds at birth, and when she's all grown up, she could be around 16 feet tall and weigh 2,600 pounds!

This baby okapi is adorable—and it took a lot of work for her to appear!

Last month, the Bronx Zoo welcomed its eighth giraffe—a bouncing baby boy named James Marjani!
