Unrelated to the pandemic, Governor Cuomo has been renewing an executive order that allows the MTA to bypass legal and oversight requirements. Government watchdogs say it’s time to stop.

According to DHS, "All of those in violation of the immigration laws may be subject to enforcement proceedings, up to and including removal from the United States."

The Executive Order would gut protections for LGBTQ people, and expand the definition of 'religious exercise' to include almost anything imaginable.

But advocates say "broken windows" policing is sending these victims mixed messages, especially under Trump.

"Our decision on which side we are on will decide who gets to stay here tomorrow."
