Driver Dave Lewis will be sentenced on October 22nd, and he now faces up to 30 days in jail.

The video contradicts initial reports that the cyclist, Dan Hanegby, swerved into the bus driver's path.

The Manhattan DA is offering the driver a plea deal that involves no jail time and a six month license suspension.
