Since its installation earlier this month, the Centre Street bike lane has been perpetually blocked by vehicles with NYPD and police union placards.

'There's no emergency! Nothing is happening! I'm looking around, there's no terrorist threat. There's just you guys jerking off and doing nothing but standing here staring at me!'

The Sands Street bike path is one of the better protected bike lanes in the city, unless the NYPD or other parties decide to use it as a parking spot that is.
