Residents are still being asked to boil their water, and communities are giving out bottled water.

The nearby towns of Bloomfield and Belleville were also affected.

This allegedly happened last Wednesday.

Luckily for Marcus Jeter, who was arrested and charged with eluding police and assault, the whole incident was caught on the police cruiser's dashboard camera.
