Despite a pledge to limit its construction footprint, the developer of a controversial tech hub on 14th Street is making traffic worse in what was supposed to have been a more efficient thoroughfare.

A local resident who sued the city to stop the busway said, 'I'm feeling happy for my kids who aren't going to have traffic jams outside their windows every day, and for me. I guess my lungs matter too.'
