The driver of a blue station wagon with wood paneling, captured on a cell phone video driving north on a southbound I-95 lane near Philadelphia, has been found. According to WABC 7, Pennsylvania State Police say they interviewed an 84-year-old woman from Wilmington, Delaware. Charges are pending—while the driver did not crash, there were numerous collisions of vehicles trying to avoid her.
