It is wholly appropriate that the Mets would make a "Harlem Shake" video—a damn good one, at that—weeks after everyone stopped making (and caring about) "Harlem Shake" videos. It is equally appropriate that the whole thing is led by butt dialer extraordinaire Jay Horwitz, the team's beloved longtime director of media relations. Is this video a cry for attention? Is it a sleight of hand to distract you from the fact you can't name a single Mets outfielder? Or did Horwitz just learn about the "Harlem Shake" this week? Watch and decide.
