Either because it wouldn't be a presidential campaign without at least a little 9/11 or because his 2008 flameout was so awesome to watch, CNBC's Larry Kudlow asked former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani if he'd run for president in 2012. Giuliani said, "I will take a look at 2012. It’s really a question of, can I play a useful role? Would I have a chance of getting the nomination? Those are things that I’ll have to evaluate as the year goes along."
