There are lots of ways to look like a complete jerk on camera—pantomiming Eric Garner's chokehold death during coverage of his grand jury decision, for instance, or doing literally anything on the LIRR on St. Patrick's day. Now, another fine specimen has revealed his wooing technique in an anti-catcalling video...which, if you're wondering, involves catcalling. And contrary to the practice's name, it's more like beckoning a dog than a feline:

The video, released by Zazoom Media Group, was meant to cull opinions on the "No Catcall Zone" signs that have been put up by clothing company Feminist Apparel, in an attempt to curb the practice. For the most part, interviewees at least feigned disgust at the street whistlers, but this charming rogue was kind enough to take time out of his busy Playboy T-shirt shopping schedule to educate viewers on the right pitch at which to scream "Sweetheart!" at an attractive female passerby.

Our friend isn't the first to champion the art of street harassment—last year, a number of men defended catcalling in a video we compiled of interviews on why men harass women on the street.
