Last Wednesday afternoon, a tobacco store manager was shot during an apparently attempted robbery. Three suspects, who fled the store at Broadway and West 71st Street in a vehicle and were later found at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, were arraigned yesterday. The Daily News reports the "three goons" hail from Delaware and that 25-year-old Joseph Terry "was the mastermind and getaway driver." The masked gunmen were actually two teenage girls, Evette Wynn, 18, and Annquasia Watson, 15; while Watson "kept the door shut, Wynn allegedly fired a round into the ceiling and then shot" the store owner in the stomach. Wynn and Watson left with $2,000. The trio were arraigned on charges including robbery and possession of stolen property; Wynn was also charged with attempted murder.
