A twelve-year-old was stabbed many times and tossed from a car last night in Queens. A driver noticed the bleeding boy wandering around 9:10 p.m., away from Highland Park near the Jackie Robinson Parkway, reported the NY Post.
Cops are looking for the knife-happy attackers—a 15-year-old and an 18-year-old, both acquaintances of the victim—but no arrests have been made yet. Just like Vada Vasquez, the girl who survived a shot to the head in November, the boy may pull through. He sustained wounds to his neck, shoulders and back, and is currently in critical, but stable condition at Jamaica Hospital. No information about the events leading up to the crime has been released at this time.
Update: Cops collared 15-year-old Wayne Henderson, who they say was riding in the car with the stab victim, Louis Martinez. The teen has been charged with assault of his friend. A 14-year-old girl who was also in the car, was taken in for questioning but not charged. According to investigators, the kids were smoking pot when the two boys began to fight. Henderson was angry that Martinez had gotten him in trouble the last time they got high. They began brawling and Henderson slashed the younger boy several times. Martinez is still in stable condition.
