With that federal investigation going on, ex-State Senator Hiram Monserrate doesn't really need his campaign office anymore. And now a new group has moved in to serve the community: Papaya Pizza! A comments contest is going on at the Daily News over the photo of the new pizza joint, with zingers like, "Finally, someone who can deliver" and "Hiram's Pizza- a CUT above the rest!" We would have gone with "the best slice in town," or perhaps "so good it'll shut down Albany."
