Guess White Plains wasn't quite balLin' enough: according to the Post, Jeremy Lin will soon be renting an all-inclusive, all-furnished apartment at the W Hotel in the Financial District. And he didn't even have to win an "Urban Oasis giveaway" contest to get it! Take a video tour of the luxurious apartment building below.

Lin is renting a 1,182-square-foot two-bedroom condo at the Sunshine Select Residences, in addition to his new apartment at the Trump Tower in White Plains. This apartment comes with $30-35K worth of Tui Lifestyle fruniture; the two-bed, two-bath apartment had been up for sale for $2.315 million before the owner rented it out. You can see pictures of the interior of the apartment here. Lin will sign the rental papers this week—hopefully he really likes it, since Post sources say Lin plans to spend most of his time at the hotel residence. And in that case, NYC Star Map may need to update already.

After weeks of couchsurfing and crashing on his brother's couch, Lin started subletting former Knick David Lee's apartment at Trump Tower in White Plains last week. But seeing as how taking Metro-North back to Westchester late at night after a light beer or two can be the worst, it's not too surprising Lin wanted to get something a bit closer to the Garden.
