- Knicks 116 Detroit 111: Back-to-back road games are killers in the NBA, but the Knicks pulled out their second win in as many nights. This one was sweet, as the Knicks came back from a 12-point fourth quarter deficit to tie the game- thanks to three free throws from Larry Hughes with ten seconds left. Hughes added six more points in overtime to cap a 22-point night while Nate Robinson had 30 points. David Lee’s double-double consisted of 16 points and 18 rebounds this time and New York is now only 1-1/2 games out of a playoff spot.
- At The Big East Tournament: Providence kept their bubble hopes alive while Marquette crushed St. John’s. West Virginia probably burst Notre Dame’s bubble hopes and Syracuse defeated Seton Hall.
- Golden State 116 Nets 112: New Jersey blew a 14-point halftime lead. Devin Harris had 31 points in the loss.
