The photo shows Boyd lying in a hospital bed with a bandaged arm and medical monitors nearby. Overlayed text reads, “God is real, God is powerful!” and “I'm sorry I have no words at the moment..Just grateful!”

Boyd was shot in the abdomen early Sunday morning near West 38th Street and 7th Avenue. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in critical but stable condition, according to police.

NYPD officials said the shooting stemmed from a dispute, but they were still investigating what it was about and whether Boyd and the alleged shooter knew each other.

Officials said the gunman was last seen wearing a black cap, black sweatshirt, black pants, multicolored sneakers and a black backpack.

Boyd, 29, signed with the Jets in March and has been on the injured reserve list since August with a shoulder injury.

Police have not announced any arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
