If you're going to carry an 18-inch machete, obviously you want to hid it in your pants! But police officers in NJ weren't amused by it, and arrested a 27-year-old North Bergen man after a pat-down search on Saturday.

The Jersey Journal explains, "Leissam Trujillo, 27, of Cottage Place, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Saturday near 64th Street and Cottage Place during a surveillance by members of the police Street Crimes Unit, Lt. Frank Cannella said. Officers saw Trujillo pacing back and forth with a small limp and constantly adjusting his pants, said Cannella, adding that Trujillo is known to the department and was arrested by police on Jan. 12, 2010 in a similar incident."

Trujillo, who is in jail (bail is $50,000), was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose.
