Know what print toner cartridges are good for—besides being used in bomb plots? Easy money! The Department of Investigations says a Department of Transportation employee raided a DOT storage facility for various office supplies—and then reselling them. The Staten Island Advance reports that SI resident Michael Kirschbaum was found with two boxes holding nine printer cartridges (each worth $200) yesterday afternoon. The boxes had shipping labels with his name on it. He also allegedly admitted to taking "toner cartridges, electronic parts and circuit breakers, and using his own UPS account, would sell them to other people and businesses, and collect payments through the online service PayPal, the source said."
