A man accused of hiring a hitman to kill his ex-best friend last June has turned himself into authorities. Ragene Dickerson, 25, allegedly paid a hitman named Jimmy Copeland $10k to off his ex-buddy Dwayne Burnett. To do so, they lured Burnett into a Riverdale Avenue home with nudie pictures of Copeland's 22-year-old sister and her friend. The scheme worked as planned on June 13, but Copeland and the ladies were arrested shortly after anyway. Dickerson (who went to Burnett's funeral and consoled his family), however, managed to evade the police. He surrendered himself today with his lawyer in tow and charges are still pending.
