A fire has broken out in a building on Spring Street, between Mott and Mulberry Streets, in Manhattan. Right now, the Fire Department is battling the five-alarm fire. The FDNY says one civilian is dead.
According to the FDNY's Twitter, the fire was on the second floor of 41 Spring Street, which is a multi-story building that has a Pinkberry on the bottom floor and apartments upstairs.
Two others are injured.
