In December, a 16-year-old exchange student was stabbed without warning while walking to school in Whitestone, Queens. The Daily News now reports that the attacker has sent an appalling note about the incident, in which he states that the Chinese exchange student was the "wrong" target, and the correct teen will soon lose her "beautiful face."
The News reports the note was found on a windshield of a vandalized car outside of the girl's home on Monday. "I know a lot about you b----," sources told them the letter reads. "Stop being a slut...You f---ed with the wrong person." The birthday card, which was addressed to the teen by name, was signed, "The guy you should never f--- over."
The attack occurred on December 16th just after 8 a.m. at 147th Street and 13th Avenue. The attacker, who was wearing surgical gloves and a surgical mask, slashed her twice in the face, "once from ear to her throat, to the middle of her throat and another part of her face as well," according to NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce. The teen received more than 200 stitches to her face and throat.
The intended victim apparently lives in the same house as that victim. No arrests were made in the case in December, but police did put out surveillance video of the suspect, which you can see below.

According to CBS, "The letter was allegedly written on behalf of the second teen’s jealous boyfriend, who is now in jail." Police also have new surveillance footage of two suspects slashing the tires of the car where the letter was left.
Cops add that no arrests have been made in the latest incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
