During a raid of a massive Queens drug ring, police say that they arrested a 12-year-old girl who was selling drugs. The Post reports, "The grade-schooler, whose name was not released because of her age, sold the drugs to an undercover, officials said. 'She does not look 12,' said NYPD Inspector Michael Bryan. 'We were very shocked to find out' her age."
The police arrested 42 others in "10 morning raids at the Ocean Bay Houses, the Ocean Village Apartments and three homes along Beach Channel Drive between Beach 51st St. and Beach 58th St. in the Rockaways," according to the Daily News. They also seized two Mercedes-Benzes, a BMW, $14,000 in cash, 11 pounds of marijuana and some crack during the raids; in previous undercover operations, cops bought 9 pounds of pot plus 118 oxycodone pills, some heroin and 118 grams of crack.
