The broken bottle brawl that broke out between Chris Brown and Drake and their entourages at SoHo club Work In Progress (WiP) is the gift that keeps on giving... for personal injury lawyers. The model, Romain Julien, 30, was not partying with either recording artist when the fight broke out. (It supposedly erupted when a note reading "'I am f--king the love of your life,' " was allegedly sent from Drake’s table to Brown at about 4 a.m., in reference to Rihanna.) Julien, a Frenchman who has modeled for Levi's jeans and resides in the East Village, sustained a gash to a tendon on his right hand during the brawl. He required surgery and the lawsuit alleges that he may never regain the full use of his hand.

"He was an innocent bystander, and when the war started, he was a victim," Julien's lawyer, David J. Jaroslawicz, tells DNAinfo. "He has a cast on. It's a little hard to model." According to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by the website, Julien accuses the club owners of "knowing about the bad blood between the musicians and trying to profit from the beef by seating their entourages near one another." His lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, and who could blame him? Based on what we know from Seinfeld, once the hands go, a model's career is OVER:
