The weather is warming up and that voice in the back of the average New Yorker's head telling them to wine and dine outside tonight just keeps getting louder. So, with the Gowanus Yacht Club set to reopen tonight, now seems as good a time as any to again play that always entertaining game, "where to get some fresh air with that fare!" In addition to the many spots we've listed over the past two years, we've collected a few more places (sidewalk cafes need not apply) where we've known a good time or two.
