Where isn't Waldo? The striped one popped up on Google Earth and at Fashion Week last year, was spotted at Topshop yesterday, and last night at Rutgers University there were 1,052 of him (negating the whole idea of, you know, finding him). The college students and staff broke the Guinness World Record for The World’s Largest Gathering of People Dressed as Waldo, smashing the previous record of 577 held by Acuity Insurance Employees in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The Rutgers group also collected more than 3,000 books to donate to the local New Brunswick School District. Expect to see more of Waldo throughout the year, he's celebrating his 21st birthday and will continue to be sent out to high profile events... so long as he doesn't start running with the wrong crowd.
