On Sunday, actor Sam Worthington was arrested for allegedly punching a photographer who allegedly kicked his girlfriend's shin. Now there's video of the photographer tailing the girlfriend—and Worthington confronting him.

Worthington was charged with assault, while photographer Sheng Li was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and harassment for the incident that happened on Jane Street in the West Village. However, Li's lawyer Ron Kuby said Li was attacked by Worthington's girlfriend Lara Bingle, "He was there taking pictures - that's his job. I recognize that's annoying but that's the price of celebrity.... He wasn't chasing her through moving traffic. He was just standing there taking pictures of her and Worthington."

Kuby also added that Worthington got preferential treatment, because, as the Daily News reports, he was "released from the precinct and given a desk appearance ticket, ordering him to appear in court at a later date" while "Li was put through the system and spent the night in jail."

Page Six got photos and videos of the skirmish—the photos show Bingle grabbing Li while much of the action in the videos occurs off camera but you hear Li and Worthington struggling.

No one is a winner here. Gated communities is the way to go.
