Lurking beneath Paris Hilton's wasted party girl veneer, there is apparently a delicate flower whose feelings are easily hurt, or it would at least seem that way based off of her behavior during today's interview with Good Morning America's Dan Harris.
When Harris asks Hilton if her "moment has passed" in the sea of other reality trash stars like Kim Kardashian and the cast of the Jersey Shore, the heiress grows visibly upset and starts shifting uncomfortably in her seat. To put the question into context, it helps to note that ratings for Hilton's latest show, The World According To Paris, have been markedly lower than her numbers for her 2003 debut with Nicole Ritchie, The Simple Life. After walking off to have a "heated conversation" with her publicist off-camera, Hilton returns, though now that the seed of doubt over her cachet has been planted, who knows what other sex tapes will emerge to get her back in the limelight.
