Last week, it was revealed that bodacious model Kate Upton was the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue cover model, making her the first back-to-back beauty since Tyra Banks. Sports Illustrated had originally planned on unveiling the new cover on Monday, but somehow the news just couldn't be contained.
David Letterman originally was going to do the honors in announcing who the newest cover model would be; instead, he just welcomed 10 of the models, including Upton, to the Late Show and said at least they got to enjoy the buffet backstage. The models read the Top 10 list and then a huge billboard featuring Upton's cover was unleashed onto unsuspecting New Yorkers:
