We've seen some super tiny NYC apartments in our day—and if the Mayor has his way we'll soon be seeing a lot more in the coming years! Yet we never cease to be amazed by the clever ways people manage to stuff mansions into their shoeboxes. Each time we think we've seen it all—I'll see your 90-square-foot apartment and raise you a 78-square-foot apartment!—somebody comes and blows our minds again. Because why not put 1,100-square-feet of stuff into a 420-square-foot space?
Okay, so this SoHo apartment put together by Graham Hill of LifeEdited isn't the smallest ever—as we said, it is a luxurious 420-square-feet—but holy moly does it pack a lot in there. Thanks to some very clever touches including a moving wall and super Murphy beds, it can not only sleep four or seat a dinner party for 12—it also has an office, a privacy phone room, a home theater, lots of storage space, and more. Designed by Romanian architects Catalin Sandu and Adrian Iancu it has to be seen to be believed. We didn't think we'd want to watch this whole video, and then we did. Now, when can we move in?
