This morning we were lucky enough to find this picture taken by hoggardb on flickr at the West 4th Street subway station just yesterday. It makes sense that a piano could find its way onto the ACE platform at that stop due its wheelchair accessible elevator combined with the long ramp down on the 3rd Street side. But the real question is: did he ride the rails with it? If we're not mistaken, the lounge cars of Amtrak trains sometimes had pianos in them once upon a time.
