When Studio B opened on Banker Street in Greenpoint back in 2006, it was a little flashier than the other rock clubs dotting the Williamsburg and Greenpoint neighborhoods, but it turned out to be an okay spot to see music for a while. By 2009, however, neighbors were fed up with the noise and it shut down. Enter: artist Matthew Day Jackson.

Jackson bought the two-story warehouse for $2 million and converted it into a gorgeous, 15,000 square foot residential space. Now Curbed reports that he's ready to sell it... for $11 million. Well, there is a yoga studio, an elevator, indoor parking, and a retractable roof, along with a separate guest suite and a view of Manhattan.

The main floor, where we saw bands like Apes & Androids and The Thermals, is currently an artist studio.
