Sports Illustrated's newest Swimsuit Issue cover was revealed last night, and the cover model is Hannah Davis.

According to Sports Illustrated, Assistant Managing Editor MJ Day said, "I didn't think it could get better than Hannah's Jersey Shore shoot last year but this year everything clicked. It was perfection."
Davis was in shock, "I told my mom there was no way I'd get the cover. I told her 'They do beaches for covers and I'm on a farm. There's no way. It's not possible.'" (The photograph was taken at Blackberry Farm in Tennessee.) She was crying when Day surprised her with the news:
The cover itself debuted on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Davis is most famously known as Derek Jeter's girlfriend. The Post notes, "Davis has never spoken about her relationship with famously-private Jeter who announced upon his retirement that he is ready to settle down and start a family. However it is not known how he feels about the cover as sources have previously said that he prefers to keep his relationships low key. She was seen with Jeter... over the weekend at Super Bowl celebrations in Arizona. On Tuesday—the night before the big announcement—she was spotted with Jeter and Michael Jordan dining at Tarbells in Phoenix."
