30 Rock fans have been waiting with baited breath to see how that whole "Kim Jong Il dying" thing is going to affect Avery Jessup-Donaghy (Elizabeth Banks), who was kidnapped during a taping of "Hot Blondes In Weird Places" and forced to marry Jong-Il's son. Well, don't you worry, America, because when Rock returns on January 12, they'll be working recent real-life developments into the script; producer Robert Carlock told US Weekly:

"Jack's love life is pretty complicated and it just got more complicated because I think, technically, Avery is the First Lady of North Korea. We sort of went back to the script because we'd already shot eight or nine episodes and we realized that luckily we hadn't referred to King Jong Il by name yet—just to North Korea in general. We can't go back and address the changes there, but the fun puzzle is turning around and trying to figure out how to get her out of there and how to continue things."

But will Jack be able to tear Avery away from a place that's sunny every single day?
